• Daily backups are performed.

6.2 Domain Registration

• Domains are registered through accredited registrars.

• Domain fees are non-refundable.

• Domain renewal is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Payments & Refunds

7.1 Payments

• All payments must be made in advance.

• Renewal reminders are sent via email.

• Non-payment may result in suspension.

7.2 Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee applies to hosting ONLY.

• Domain registration fees are not refundable.

• Refunds for hosting are only valid within 7 days of purchase.

8. Account Expiry & Data Deletion

• If hosting expires, the account remains inactive for 15 days.

• After 15 days, all data is permanently deleted.

• Deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Host illegal, harmful, or adult content

• Send spam or run malicious software

• Abuse server resources

• Share or misuse account credentials

10. Data & Backups

• Daily backups are taken for safety.

• Blessing Hosting is not responsible for data loss.

• Customers should keep their own backups.

11. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Illegal activities

• Server abuse

• Non-payment

• Violation of these Terms

12. Technical Support

• Support covers hosting-related issues only.

• Third-party themes, plugins, or custom code are not supported.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of income or business

• User mistakes
