3. Domain Registration Fees

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable.

1. Any amount paid for domain registration will not be refunded.

2. Domain fees remain non-refundable even if the customer cancels their hosting service within the 15-day refund period.

3. Domain registration and renewal charges may be paid separately or included in a hosting package.

4. Domain refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant registrar and any applicable legal requirements.

4. Free Domain with Hosting Package

If a customer purchases a hosting package that includes a free domain, the domain’s applicable value will be deducted from the hosting refund.

Example:

• Hosting Package Price: $50

• Free Domain Value: $15

• Eligible Hosting Refund: $35

In this example, the free domain amount of $15 will be deducted from the total hosting package amount, and the remaining eligible amount will be considered for a refund.

The applicable domain value will be determined based on the package pricing or the amount specified by Blessing Hosting.

5. Refund Exclusions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

• The 15-day refund period has expired.

• The request relates to domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees.

• The service or account has violated our Terms & Conditions.

• The customer has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities.

• The requested refund is otherwise excluded under the applicable package terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:
